CONNECTING A VEHICLE DETECTOR
A vehicle detection loop is used to automatically open the gates when a vehicle approaches (most
commonly in the exit direction). The following instructions are for a DuraLoop Vehicle Detector. Note
that whatever product is used it is important to follow the manufacturers installation instructions as
these may differ from one product to another.
It is extremely important that the loop is placed in the driveway far enough from the gate so that the
vehicle does not collide with the gate
