  If your D-Link Security Camera isn't working correctly, reset the device and reinstall it. To reset, use a paper clip to press and hold the recessed Reset button until the LED turns solid red. During installation, make sure that your router is connected to the Internet with Wi-Fi enabled, your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled, and your mydlink device is within range of your Wi-Fi network.

  If your microSD card isn't working or supported by your D-Link Security Camera, it may not be formatted correctly. The microSD card must be formatted to FAT32 before use. You can do this in the mydlink app by selecting the Format function in the storage menu under the Device settings.
