Front Panel Components
The Front panel of the Switch consists of a Console port, LED indicators, Copper (10/100/1000Mbps) ports, SFP
(10/1000Mbps) ports and an SD Card slot.

A separate table below describes LED indicators in more detail.
LED Indicators
On the Switch’s front panel we’ll find the following LED indicators: Power, Console, RPS, Fan, and SD. For each
Copper/SFP port, also found on the front panel, there is a Link/Act light. The DWS-3160-24PC Switch is also
equipped with an additional PoE light, to indicate whether the ports are running in the Power-over-Ethernet mode or
not.
