Piston and Connecting Rod
1) Fix the position of piston ring (see figure)
2) Spread engine oil to piston, pinston ring,
connecting rod bearing.
3) Piston front mark should be directed to front of
engine.
4) Use the piston ring compressor when assembling
pistion.
5) Push piston in position until con-rod touch the
crank pin.
6) Assemble the connecting rod bearing cap to the
connecting rod, idenfifying cylinder NO.
Torque the bolt to below spec.

Oil Pump
Fill up oil when assembling the oil pump.
