5. TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Concerning Wash
Problem
Check Point
Cause
Solution
Pulsator does
not rotate.
Is the Power properly connected?
Is the Motor hot?
(In case there is Thermal Protector)
Is the Wiring good?
(Refer to the Wiring Diagram)
Is the contact of Wash Timer good?
Is the Condenser properly
connected?
Motor does not start due
to opening the Condenser
circuit.
Reconnect the Power Cord.
Reconnect the Condenser.
Power restored when
Motor cools
Power has been cut off
by the Thermal Protector
Improper wiring.
Defective Wash Timer.
Defective Wash Motor.
Defect of mechanical
assembly.
Reconnect the wiring.
Replace Wash Timer.
Replace Wash Motor.
Tighten the screws fixed
on the Pulley.
Replace V-Belt
Remove impurities after
disassembling pulsator.
