  • If output shifts over long-term use, adjust as follows:
    1. Connect and adjust the output load to the specified resistance value.
    2. Apply auxiliary supply, rated voltage, and rated current. Warm up for 30 minutes.
    3. Set the rotary switch to the desired factor number.
    4. Set the slide switch to BIAS. Apply minimum input and adjust with the UP/DOWN switch to the minimum output value.
    5. Set the slide switch to MAX. Apply rated input and adjust with the UP/DOWN switch to the rated-output value.
    6. Set the slide switch to OFF after adjustment.

General Maintenance:

  • Wiring Changes: Do not change input or auxiliary supply wiring while energized.
  • Output Checks: When checking output while energized, avoid touching output wiring and human body to input and auxiliary supply terminals. Do not short-circuit voltage output. Current output may result in 15V terminal voltage if open.
  • Terminal Cover: An optional terminal cover is available to prevent accidental contact. Ensure it is securely attached after any wiring changes.
  • Cleaning: Wipe dirt off the surface with a dry cloth. Avoid strong rubbing of the nameplate to prevent character disappearance. Do not use organic solvents.
  • Disposal: Dispose of as industrial waste (Non-inflammable).

Storage:

  • Avoid storage in low/high temperature, high humidity, or sunny places.
  • The product uses aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Energize the power supply within one year after shipment.

Troubleshooting:

  • In case of product failure, contact Daiichi Electronics or a sales agent for repair or specification changes.
  • The warranty does not cover failures due to disassembly, remodeling, false operation by the customer, or use outside of designated environmental conditions.

Guarantee:

  • The guarantee period is one year after product delivery.
