  If the water flow is too low, check and ensure that all shut-off valves of the water circuit are completely open, the water filter is clean (clean if necessary), there is no air in the system (purge air if necessary), the water pressure is >1 bar, the expansion vessel is NOT broken, the valve (if equipped) of the water circuit towards the expansion vessel is open and the resistance in the water circuit is NOT too high for the pump.

Ensure the backup heater operation mode is enabled. * The backup heater overcurrent circuit breaker might be off. Turn it back on if it is off. * The thermal protector of the backup heater might be activated. If it has, check the water pressure, whether there is air in the system, and the air purge operation, then press the reset button in the switch box. * The backup heater equilibrium temperature may not be configured correctly. Try increasing the equilibrium temperature to activate the backup heater operation at a higher outdoor temperature.
