Installation

Choose an installation site

Select a suitable location for the Wireless LAN adapter, avoiding direct sunlight and heat.

Attach the Wireless LAN connecting adapter to indoor unit

Connect the wire harness assembly to the indoor unit's wiring box for Type A installation.

Remove the Wireless LAN connecting adapter case

Detach the upper case of the Wireless LAN connecting adapter for internal installation (Type B).

Attach wire harness assembly to the Wireless LAN connecting adapter

Connect the wire harness assembly connector to the adapter's case.

Return the Wireless LAN connecting adapter case to its original state

Reassemble the adapter case by snapping the upper part and securing with screws.

Installation of Wireless LAN connecting adapter

Mount the adapter externally using screws (Type A1) or double-face tape (Type A2).

Functionality Check

Verify the [RUN] lamp status after powering on the adapter for both installation types.

Configuration

Simple Wireless Connection Setting

Connect the adapter to a router using the WPS button for easy setup.

Check [RUN] lamp blinking

Ensure the [RUN] indicator light blinks, signaling readiness for WPS pairing.

Push the [WPS] button on the router

Press the WPS button on your router to initiate the wireless connection.

Push the [SETUP] button

Press the [SETUP] button on the adapter for about 2 seconds to start connection.

Detect Wireless LAN adapter via Home gateway application

The adapter becomes detectable by the Home gateway application after successful connection.

Wireless Connection Setting (Manual Mode)

Use manual connection mode if WPS pairing is not supported or fails.

Troubleshooting

None of the LEDs light

Check power, installation, and LED status in the application if no lights are on.

Wireless LAN adapter not visible on Home gateway

Verify power, [RUN] lamp status, proximity to router, and network connection.
