Air Filters

Remove Main Air Filters

Open front panel and pull out air filter.

Remove Photocatalytic Air-Purifying Filters

Unfasten hooks to remove the air-purifying filter from the frame.

Open and Release Front Panel

Open front panel and release rotary shafts.

Horizontal Blades

Release Horizontal Blade Shafts

Release left, right, and center shafts of the horizontal blades.

Vertical Blade ASSYS

Release and Unfasten Vertical Blade Shafts and Hooks

Release shafts and unfasten hooks of vertical blade ASSYs.

Electrical Box

Remove Service Cover and Drip Proof Plate

Unscrew and remove the service cover and drip proof plate.

Disconnect Electrical Wires and Ground

Disconnect Electrical Connectors and Harnesses

PCBs

Remove Shield Plate and Signal Receiver Unit

Disconnect Display PCB Connector and Remove Intelligent Eye Sensor

Swing Motors

Remove Horizontal Blade Swing Motor

Indoor Heat Exchanger

Disconnect Piping and Drain Hose

Pull drain hose, unscrew piping flare nuts, and disconnect.

Detach Unit and Remove Piping Fixture

Remove Indoor Heat Exchanger

Unfasten hooks on both sides and lift out the heat exchanger.

Fan Motor / Fan Rotor

Remove Right Side Plate and Fan Motor Fixing Plate

Loosen Fan Rotor Screw and Remove Fan Motor

Loosen fan rotor screw, then remove the fan motor.
