5.6 Parts Replacement
5.6.1 Cooling Water Pressure Switch
(WPS)

● This is used to switch between air-cooled
operation and water-cooled operation. The
cooling water flows, and when the inlet water
pressure reaches the setpoint, the contact
switches OFF, the condenser fan is stopped, and
water-cooled operation is performed.
(1) Replacement procedure
① Remove the WPS lead wire from the controller
terminal block.
② Stop the cooling water pump, check that no
water pressure is being applied, and then
remove the WPS.
③ Replace the WPS, apply seal tape around the
threads, and then tighten the screw.
