When measuring on the front of the main PCB, make sure to locally remove the
protective varnish with the test leads of the multi meter.

Yes Power module is OK. Return to
"Checking procedures"[484] of the
main PCB and continue with the next
procedure.
No Replace the main PCB, see "Repair
procedures"[489].
