4.2 Opening and closing the unit
4.2.1 To open the outdoor unit

1 Open the service cover.

2 If necessary, remove the piping intake front plate. This is e.g.
necessary in the following cases:
▪ "5.1Connecting the refrigerant piping"[48].
▪ "6.4 To connect the electrical wiring to the outdoor
unit"[411].
▪ "7Charging refrigerant"[412].

3 If necessary, remove the piping intake rear plate. This is e.g.
necessary in the following cases:
▪ "5.1Connecting the refrigerant piping"[48].
▪ "6.4 To connect the electrical wiring to the outdoor
unit"[411].

4 If necessary, open the rear cover. This is e.g. necessary in the
following cases:
▪ "6.4 To connect the electrical wiring to the outdoor
unit"[411].
▪ "7Charging refrigerant"[412].

NOTICE
Use a flat head screwdriver to remove the thermistor fixing
plate (2).
NEVER remove the lid, that covers the thermistor body.
4.2.2 To close the outdoor unit
1 Reinstall the piping intake front and rear plate.

2 Reinstall the rear cover.
