TROUBLE SHOOTING
RUN indicator or other
indicators continue blinking.
The unit may stop functioning or
continue to function in safety mode
(depending on the models). After
waiting around 10 minutes, the error
may be automatically resolved, if this
does not happen, disconnect the
power source and connect it again. If
the problem persists, disconnect the
plug and contact the closest client
services centre.
Malfunction
If any of the following codes appear on
the display screen: E0 , E1, E2 , E3 .....,
P0 , P1, P2, P3 .... o F0 , F1, F2 , F3 .......
Fuse blows
Immediately disconnect the air
conditioner from the power source
and contact the closest service
technician.
Other objects or water fall on the air
conditioner.
Malfunction

What can I do?
The unit does not start
Check the cable
Wait until the power can be
restored.
Unit may be unplugged
Check that the plug is firmly
in the wall outlet.
The fuse is blown
Replace the fuse.
The batteries of the remote
controller are empty
Replace the battery.
The time established on the
timer is incorrect
Wait or cancel the timer
setting
Unit does not cool or (only
cooling /heating models) heat
the room well, when air
comes from the air
conditioner
Incorrect temperature setting.
Adjust the temperature
setting correctly. For more
information, consult the
“Remote Controller Use”
section.
Air filter is blocked.
Clean the air filter.
Doors or windows are open
Close the doors or windows.
The entry or exit to the indoor
or outdoor unit has been
blocked.
Eliminate the obstructions
and, later, restart the unit.
3 minute compressor
protection has been
activated.
Wait
If the problem has not been corrected, please contact a local distributor or the closest
service centre. Ensure to inform them of the functioning errors in detail and the unit model
number.
