Glass ceramic hob
Clean the glass ceramic hob with a damp cloth and wipe dry with a
dry cloth.
Remove coiling from the glass ceramic hob with hot water and
detergent or a commercially available glass ceramic hob cleaning
agent.
Wipe up spilled food, food residues and splashed fat immediately.
In the following cases, immediately switch the power supply to "0"
and
• in case of residues of sugar, clean the surface with hot
water.
• In the cases of small pieces of aluminium foil or accidentally
melted plastic material, carefully clean the surface with hot
water and a razor-blade scraper.
• Remove stubborn soiling using special cleaning agents.
• If using special commercially available glass ceramic cleaning
agents, be sure to observe the manufacturer’s instructions!
Oven
• Clean the oven after each use.
• Let the oven cool down first.
• When cleaning, switch on the oven lighting for better
visibility in the work area.
• Only clean the oven interior with warm water and a little
detergent.
