Description of choice:
When the time in parameter 784 is passed the action
in the corresponding index is executed. To make
the function safe it is only possible to execute a
command related to parameter 783.

Function:
Decide how the frequency converter shall respond
to actions after start-up.
Description of choice:
It can be chosen if an action, on startup, shall be
executed even if the ON time was passed some time
ago [0]. Alternatively choose to wait for the next forth
coming ON action before executing [1]. When the RTC
is enabled, it must be defined how this should be done.
