In a large resealable plastic bag, combine drumsticks, thighs,
buttermilk, ¼ tsp salt, ¹/
tsp black pepper, and cayenne. Press
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or for up to 12 hours.
Set the Air Fryer to 400°F to preheat.
