1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
¾ cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons safflower oil

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine our, spices, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together egg, buttermilk, molasses, and
safower oil.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
4. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter onto the Mini Wafe Maker. Repeat with
remaining batter.
5. Garnish with fresh sliced bananas and maple syrup and enjoy this sweet treat
that’s sure to bring down the (gingerbread) house!
