2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon red food coloring
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Icing
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter. After fully melted, turn off the heat
so butter is not hot when added to the mix.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat egg with a whisk. Slowly stir in buttermilk, butter, vanilla,
and food coloring.
4. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
5. Grease the Mini Wafe with a light coating of cooking oil. Add 3-4 tablespoons
of batter to the Mini Wafe Maker and spread evenly. Cook to desired level of
crispiness and repeat with remaining batter.
6. Serve warm and indulge in this velvety delight!

½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1 large egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips

Directions:
1. In a small pan over low heat, melt butter. After fully melted, turn off the heat so
butter is not hot when added to the mix.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat egg with a whisk. Mix in buttermilk, butter, and vanilla.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in increments. Fully incorporate
each addition before adding more. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Grease the Mini Wafe with a light coat of cooking oil. Add 3-4 tablespoons of
batter to your Mini Wafe Maker and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat with remaining batter.
6. Add in toppings of choice and let your taste buds go loco for coco!
