Type: The available compressor selections include:
None - Selection for chilled water cooling only.
Sngl Primary - One fixed speed compressor.
Sngl Primary w/UnLdr - One fixed speed compressor with an unloader.
Dual Pri - Two fixed speed compressors.
Dual Pri w/Unldr - Two fixed speed compressors, each with an unloader.
Four Tandem - Four fixed speed compressors.
Sngl Variable - One variable speed compressor.
Variable & Fixed - One variable speed compressor.
Dual Variable - Two variable speed compressors.
Cooling Mode: (Shown only when control is set to discharge temp) Normally there
is a dead band between cooling and heating functions. Precise mode
removes this dead band for temperature critical applications. The use of
SCR heating is recommended. Caution: Use of the precision mode will likely
cause energy inefficiency and may be prohibited in some areas.
DX Delay: Initialize (default) The compressors are delayed from starting after the
system has been on for the initial 60 seconds.
Every Cycle The compressors are delayed from starting on each cooling
or dehumidification cycle. This mode is useful to allow time for glycol to flow.
The time setting should be adjusted for adequate flow to occur. If also using
a water side economizer, consider using the “Aux Chill Wtr” mode instead of
“Engy Svg Cool” so that the delay begins only when compressor cooling is
required.
Range of adjustment is 0 to 600 seconds with a default of 5 seconds.
Min Run Time: Once a compressor is started, it must run for at least this much
time. Range of adjustment is 1 to 10 mins with a default of 3 mins.
Min Off Time: After a compressor stops, it must remain off this much time before it
can be restarted. Range of adjustment is 2 to 10 mins with a default of 2
mins. Note: 60 seconds is added to this time due to a short cycle alarm.
