4.9 Wiring Diagrams
Every Data Aire fluid cooler comes with a wiring diagram. These diagrams are ladder type
schematics intended for service personnel. The intent is to allow the technician to understand
the wiring details associated with the electrical components and how they interface with the
controls as well as peripheral equipment (including remote heat exchangers).
The wiring diagram in the evaporator will indicate field interface terminals to the remote heat
exchanger. The internal wiring of the remote heat exchanger is found on a separate diagram
which can be found on the inside cover of the heat exchanger electrical box. Both diagram
types are also placed inside the shipping/warranty packet secured in the evaporator section.
