  If the Datalogic Controller isn't transmitting to the host, ensure the serial Main/Aux cable is connected and the wiring is correct. When using the Main RS232 or RS485 interface, ensure the reference ground is connected to GND_ISO, being careful that it differs from the GND power ground. Confirm that the serial host settings match the serial device settings. When using the Main interface, the Tx Data and Rx Data LEDs should light up during data transfer.
