rear
plate
and transmiSSion case

Instalhng apply
a
light
coat
of
grease
to
sphne parts
of
clutch diSC and
maIO
gear
dnve
and
movmg
surfaces
of control lever
and
stnkmg
rod
3 Remove the filler
plug
and
fill
transmission with
recommended
gear
oil to level of
plug
hole
Disconnect the
battery ground
cable
2 Remove the sluft lever

RaIse the car and
support
at all
corners With
safety
stands

Disconnect the front exhaust
tube
5 Disconnect Wires from
back
up
lamp
switch

Remove the clutch

the transmission case

Disconnect
the
speedometer
cable
from the rear

Disengage
the
propeller
shaft
as
explamed
later
