Remark: Adding a "#" digit in front of a Whitelist entry enables a special call back
function. When the caller ID of an incoming call is matched, the device first drops the
call and then call back the caller automatically to allow the caller to dial a phone
number.
2. Blacklist This list contains a list of caller numbers that are rejected by the device to make
outgoing GSM calls when Call OUT Authentication is set to Blacklist.
5.3.8 Call IN
Incoming GSM calls are processed based on the parameters defined in the Call IN page. Different modes of
operation are described below.
1. Reject all incoming GSM calls.
2. Forward to an incoming GSM call to a predefined VoIP extension or IVR directly without answering the call.
Once the VoIP client answers the call, then GSM call is then answered.
3. Answer an incoming GSM call and then generate a second dial tone or a voice prompt to wait for further
inputs from the caller. The GSM call is answered and GSM charges may apply. This is referred as the
Second Dial mode.
4. Forward incoming GSM calls (to the host channel) to other idle GSM channels. This enables a multi-
channel GoIP and/or multiple GoIPs to simulate the “Calll Centerfunction. Therefore, only the phone
number of the host channel is released for the public to call in. In fact, multiple lines are available to serve
incoming calls.
There are two types of parameters. The parameters above the Channel Selection
are for all channels and the parameters listed below it are for the selected channel only.
The parameters defined in this section are described in details in the Table below.
