Removing the power-adapter port

Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 6 in Removing the heat sink.
Procedure
1 Disconnect the power-adapter port cable from the system board.
2 Peel the tape that secures the power-adapter port cable to the system board.
3 Remove the screw (M2x3) that secures the power-adapter port bracket to the system board and palm-rest assembly.
4 Rotate the power-adapter port bracket o the power-adapter port.
5 Lift the power-adapter port along with its cable o the palm-rest assembly.
