Dell Inspiron 17 5000 Series - Procedure

Procedure
1 Lift the connector latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the
touchpad.
2 Remove the screws that secure the touchpad to the palm rest.
1 screws (2) 2 touchpad
3 palm rest
3 Lift the touchpad away from the palm rest.
