Removing the system fan
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a) microSD card
b) base cover
c) battery
3. Unroute and pry out the WLAN antennae cable from the hook near the fan case [1].
4. Disconnect the system fan connector from the system board [2].
5. Remove the two M2xL3 screws [1] that secure the system fan to the palmrest.
6. Lift the system fan off from the palmrest [2].
