3. Perform the following steps to remove the coin-cell battery from the computer:
a) Disconnect the coin-cell battery cable from the system board.
b) Pull the coin-cell battery to detach the adhesive underneath which attaches it to the computer.
c) Remove the coin-cell battery from the computer.
Installing the Coin-Cell Battery
1. Connect the coin-cell battery cable to the system board.
2. Press down the coin-cell battery on the computer.
3. Install the:
a) base cover
b) battery
4. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the Audio-Connector Board
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working On Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a) battery
b) base cover
