4. Loosen the captive screws that secure the heatsink to the computer and remove the heatsink from
the computer.
Installing the Heatsink
1. Place the heatsink on the computer.
2. Tighten the captive screws to secure the heatsink to the system board.
3. Route the WLAN antenna cables along their channels on the system board.
4. Install the:
a) system fan
b) base cover
c) battery
5. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the Display Assembly
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a) battery
b) base cover
