3. Perform the following steps to remove the system fan:
a) Disconnect the system-fan cable [1] and power cable [2] from the system board.
b) Un-route the power cable from its holder to access the system fan screw [3].
c) Remove the screws that secure the system fan to the computer. Lift the system fan away from
the computer.
