Installing the System Board
1. Place the system board to align with the screw holders on the computer.
2. Tighten the screws to secure the system board to the computer.
3. Connect the following cables to their connectors on the system board:
a. audio board
b. speaker
c. power-connector
4. Install the:
a. system fan
b. display assembly
c. display-hinge brackets
d. palmrest
e. keyboard
f. keyboard trim
g. hard-drive assembly
h. memory
i. battery
j. base cover
5. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the Coin-Cell Battery
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a. base cover
b. battery
c. memory
d. hard-drive assembly
