Removing the Internal Speaker
1. Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2. Remove the
cover
.
3. Remove the
front bezel
.
4. Remove the
drive cage
.
5. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
6. Unthread the internal speaker cable from the fan shelter clip.
7. Press the speaker securing tab, and slide the speaker towards the right of
the computer to release it.
