This configuration supports two enclosures in a single chain. The PERC H840 adapter is supported only on PowerEdge 14G and
15G servers.

Connect the power cables
Before connecting to the power source, ensure that you have completed the installation process. The power supply starts up
immediately when the power cable is connected to the chassis.
Steps
1. Connect the power cables to each PSU on the back panel.
2. Secure the power cables to the PSU with the cable strap.
