System Fan
Removing The System Fan
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working On Your Computer .
2. Remove the battery .
3. Remove the keyboard .
4. Remove the optical drive .
5. Remove the memory door .
6. Remove the palm rest .
7. Remove the display assembly .
8. Remove the hinge cover .
9. Remove the VGA board .
10. Disconnect the system fan cable from the system board.
11. Remove the screw that secures the system fan.
