Tamping Guide to level the
grounded coffee inside.
Tamp the coffee.

Attach the portafilter to the
brewing unit.

Make sure that the tamped
ground coffee is at the
indicator maker inside the
filter.

Using the tamping mat
provides ideal stability
while tamping ensuring a
more even extraction.
