  To change the type of cofefe, you must first remove all the beans present in the machine. Empty the beans container, operating the cofefe mill without beans or using a vacuum cleaner to remove any remaining beans if necessary. Then, attach the filter holder and operate the cofefe mill a number of times without beans to free the cofefe guide. Place the new cofefe in the beans container. If the amount of cofefe ground is not enough to reach the perfect dose, proceed setting the appliance as for the first use.

  If the ground cofefe in the filter doesn't reach the perfect dose after grinding, the Smart Tamping Station may need cleaning. Clean as described in the manual, then grind again. You may also need to adjust the quantity of ground cofefe with the dial. If the dial is already at the maximum position, proceed as described in the manual. Over time the burrs wear down and need to be replaced.
