is 47k/3=15.67kΩ. (Or, each input takes 10V/47k=0.2mA. Three inputs in parallel take
3x 0.2mA = 0.6mA, well below 2mA).
It is best to tune the AFM output to have exactly 10V at 50Hz (or max freq) by Pr03.04.
Then, to tune each AVI input to give 50Hz at 10V by using Pr04-13 and Pr04-14.
This way gives much better performance and linearity.
We DO NOT
recommend to connect the AFM output of the master to the AVI input of
the first slave, its AFM output to next slave’s AVI input, etc. Because of the AVI input
resolution of 10 bits and the AFM output resolution of 8 bits, this will lead to
unacceptable errors in the command frequency of the slaves
Note: This applies to other drive series as well (not all VFD have 0-10VDC AFM outputs but
some have PWM which is unsuitable for master-slave operation).
Q What is the maximum voltage on analogue input AVI?
A The maximum voltage in AVI is 15 V
DC
.
Q How to read AVI a nd ACI via serial communication?
A In register A7C0h you can read AVI and in A7C2h you can read ACI, both from 0-
3FFh=0-1023d. (There is no such solution for AVI3, AVI4, ACI2 and ACI3 on option
card EME-A22A.)
Q What is the maximum frequency of the digital inputs MIx when set to 12 for
counting?
A Due to the internal debouncing delay of 6ms, the maximum frequency is
