Q How to set a range of 42~50Hz on the AVI analogue input?
A Due to the limited bias range of -100% to +100% Pr03-03, it is not possible to set this
range of 42~50Hz.Therefore an alternative way of scaling the analogue inputs by
setting 3 points is introduced in C2000 and CP2000.
Pr03-50=0 Use Bias and Gain acc. to Pr03-03, Pr03-07, Pr03-10, Pr03-11.
Pr03-50=1 Use Pr03-51 to Pr03-56 to set AVI by 3 points
Pr03-50=2~7 to select ACI, AUI and combinations of AVI, ACI and AUI.
*Please refer to the user manual for the parameters for the analogue inputs ACI and AUI.
Q Which parameters in C2000 are only saved in EEPROM at power-off?
A The following parameters are only saved in EEPROM at power off (and can be used
in a PLC program to avoid frequent writing by serial communication or WPR
instruction:
Pr00-10 Control Mode
Pr00-11 Control of Speed Mode
Pr00-12 P2P control

Q C2000 Autotuning
A Pr05-00=1: For IM motor dynamic auto-tuning. You can get the motor parameters
R
s
, R
r
, L
m
, Lx and no-load current. This is for FOC+PG mode.
The motor runs and must be unloaded.
Pr05-00=2: For IM motor static auto-tuning. You can get the same motor parameters
as Pr05-00=1 except the no-load current. So you must input the no-load current to
parameter by hand. This mode is to be used when the motor cannot be unloaded.
So the auto-tuning result is not good as after Pr05-00=1.
This is for FOC+PG or SVC mode.
