When the deviation between speed command and motor
feedback speed is smaller than this parameter, then the digital
output DO.SP_OK(DO code is 0x19)is ON.
Block diagram:
1. Speed command: It is the command issued by the user (without
acceleration / deceleration), not the one of front end speed circuit.

2. Feedback speed: The actual speed of the motor and have gone through
the filter.
3. Obtain the absolute value.
4. DO.SP_OK will be ON when the absolute value of speed error is smaller
than P1-47, or it will be OFF. If P1-47 is 0, DO.SP_OK is always OFF.
