Can any kind of
iTunes/iPhone/iPod/iPad use
AirPlay feature?
The latest firmware version
for the following products
can use AirPlay feature.
- iPad iOS4.2.1(8c148) or
later
- iPad2
- iPhone4 iOS4.2.1(8c148)
or later
- iPhone4S
- iPhone3GS
iOS4.2.1(8c148a) or later
- iPod touch4G/3G/2G
iOS4.2.1(8c148) or later
- iTunes for Windows
10.1.0.54 or later
- iTunes for MAC 10.1 (54)
or later
Please update the firmware for
the product mentioning in the left
to the latest version.

Sounds' interruption often
occurs by AirPlay playback
from PC iTunes to D&M
product.
If the output sounds from
PC speaker (multiple
speakers setting is
necessary) have similar
interruption, the cause
might be lack of PC
performance or
fragmentation of HDD. If
PC speaker is fine, the
cause might be the
fragmentation of packets on
Network.
If PC speaker is fine, please
recommend modifying the MTU
setting of PC to 1500.

When we use AirPlay from
iPad device, meta data on
FLD/GUI is not updated when
new track does not have
album art. (Previous track
had album art.)
This is caused by lack of
updated information from
iPad.
We reported this issue to Apple.
