Diagnostic
This handy function verifies the USB transfer speed from
each of your connected storage devices vs recommended
value to ensure optimum performance and compatibility is
met.
• Diagnostic mode

While the top menu in
the Utility Mode is
displayed, turn the
PARAMETERS knob to
select “Diagnostic”.
Press the
PARAMETERS knob to
enter.

The “Diagnostic” item
is displayed.
• Ext Device

The “Diagnostic” item
is displayed.
Database update
q While the top menu
in the Diagnostic
mode is displayed,
turn the
PARAMETERS
knob or SCRATCH disc to select “Ext
Device“.

Selecting the device
q The currently
selected device is
displayed on the
left of the screen.
w Turn the
PARAMETERS
knob and select the
device to be measured.
Press the PARAMETERS knob to enter.
✽ Devices cannot be selected if they have no
database.

When exited, the result
for the selected device
is displayed.
✽ If device result is
higher than
recommended
value, please
discontinue usage
and try another model or brand.
