Others Settings
Save As Def.
Saves the current pitch range settings (vpage28), time display settings for the display (vpage9),
playback mode settings (vpage26) and key adjustment settings (vpage 28) as the initial settings
when the power is switched on.
Setting details
CANCEL : The screen returns to the previous screen without saving the settings.
OK : The settings are saved and the screen returns to the previous screen.

When using multiple DENON DJ devices such as DN-SC2900, change this
setting so that there are no duplicate numbers.
Network ID
Sets the number of this unit
that “engine” recognizes
when connected to the
network.

NOTE
If the same “Network ID” is used between different units, they cannot be
connected on the network. If the same network IDs are duplicated, “SET
ID >>>1 (duplicated “Network ID” number)” is displayed. Set a different
“Network ID”.
Touch Adjust
Adjusting the touch sensor
sensitivity of the Jog wheel
(vpage32).
Min/1/2/3/Max
Fader Mode
Switches the operation for
fader start for the mixer
connected to this unit.
Switch this setting to match
the connected mixer.
1L Play/Cue : If the mixer is a 1-wire mixer, raise the fader to playback, or
lower it for cue standby.
1L Play/Pause : If the mixer is a 1-wire mixer, raise the fader to playback,
or lower it to pause.
2L Play/Cue : If the mixer is a 2-wire mixer, raise the fader to playback, or
lower it for cue standby.
2L Play/Pause : If the mixer is a 2-wire mixer, raise the fader to playback,
or lower it to pause.
Panel Contrast
Sets the brightness of the
display and buttons and
touch sensor indicator.
0 – 4 : “0” is the brightest, and “4” is the darkest.
Jog Contrast
Sets the brightness of the
jog wheel indicator.
0 – 4 : “0” is the brightest, and “4” is the darkest.
Utility settings
Select the utility setting items using the following operations.

During standby, pause, or when a le is not selected, press and hold MEMO UTIL.
SEL. flashes blue, “Utility” is shown in the 1st line, and “Save As Def.” is shown in the 2nd line of
the display.

Turn SEL., and select the items you want to set.
Turn SEL., and the item shown in the 2nd line of the display changes.

Press SEL.
The selected item is entered.
•To return to the previous item, press
BACK.
•To exit Utility, when the utility is being displayed, press MEMO UTIL. The screen returns to the previous
screen.
