  If the power indicator on your Denon Amplifier flashes and no sound comes out, it could be due to a short circuit. This might happen if speaker wires are touching each other or if a wire has come loose and is touching the back of the amplifier. To fix this, unplug the power cord, twist the wires back together tightly, or solder them, and then reconnect them. Another reason could be that the amplifier is overheating because it doesn't have enough space around it. In this case, turn off the power, make sure there's enough space around the amplifier, and turn it back on after it has cooled down.
