CONFIGURATION AND OPERATION
Configuration of the EQP Eclipse is accomplished using Det-Tronics Safety System Software (S3) that is running on the
EQP Operator Interface Station (OIS).
ONBOARD HART PORT
The on-board HART port is functional on the EQP Eclipse, however, it should not be used for device configuration
purposes. All EQP device configuration should be performed using the S3 program.
MULTI-COLORED LED
Operation of the status indicating LED is identical to all other PIRECL versions.
REMOTE CALIBRATION OPTION
Operation of the remote calibration option is identical to all other PIRECL versions.
ANALOG OUTPUT
A 4-20 mA analog current output is not available with EQP PIRECL.
RS-485 COMMUNICATION
RS-485 communication is not available with EQP PIRECL.
CALIBRATION ROUTINE
The calibration procedure for the EQP PIRECL (normal and zero calibration) is identical to all other PIRECL versions.
