      If your DeVilbiss Oxygen Equipment isn't turning on (no lights, pulsing alert), first, ensure the power cord is fully plugged into the wall outlet, and on 230V units, check the mains connection at the back. Then, check your home circuit breaker and try a different wall outlet. Finally, press the reset button on the concentrator's circuit breaker, located below the power switch. If issues persist, contact your Drive DeVilbiss provider.

      If the red service light is on and the alarm is sounding on your DeVilbiss Oxygen Equipment, ensure the flow meter is correctly set. Also, check the air filter and exhaust area for blockages. For the air filter, follow the cleaning instructions. If the above remedies do not work, contact your Drive DeVilbiss provider.

      If the yellow low oxygen light is on and the intermittent audible signal is sounding on your DeVilbiss Oxygen Equipment, ensure the flow meter is correctly set to the prescribed number. Also, check the air filter and exhaust area for blockages. If the filter is dirty, follow the cleaning instructions. If the above remedies do not work, contact your Drive DeVilbiss provider.

      If the red service light is illuminated and the audible alert is sounding on your DeVilbiss Oxygen Equipment, check the air filter and wash it if dirty. Also, check the exhaust area to ensure it is not blocked. Inspect the cannula, face mask, and oxygen tubing for blockages or defects, clean or replace if necessary. Detach the humidifier; if proper flow returns, clean or replace it. Finally, ensure the flow meter is set to the prescribed rate. If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact your Drive DeVilbiss provider.
