Defective air tank Air tank must be replaced. Do not repair theleak.
WARNING: Risk of bursting. Do not drill into, weld or
otherwise modify air tank or it will weaken. The air tank can
rupture orexplode.

Leaking seals Contact a
factory service center or a
authorized servicecenter.

Defective safety valve Operate safety valve manually by pulling on ring. If valve still
leaks, it must bereplaced.

Regulator is not adjusted correctly for accessory being used It is normal for some pressure drop to occur when an
accessory is used, adjust the regulator as instructed in
Regulator under Features if pressure drop isexcessive.
NOTE: Adjust the regulated pressure under ow conditions
while accessory is beingused.

Prolonged excessive use of air Decrease amount of airusage.

Compressor is not large enough for accessory Check the accessory air requirement. If it is higher than the
SCFM or pressure supplied by your air compressor, a larger
compressor is needed to operateaccessory.

Hole in air hose Replace airhose.

Check valve restricted Remove, clean orreplace.

Air leaks Tightenttings.

Regulator is damaged Replace.

Unit operating in damp or humid conditions Move unit to a dry well ventilated area

Restricted air intake lter Clean or replace air intake lter
