5.2 Dryer Characteristics
Dexter Laundry industrial drying machines are designed to dry textile articles in an on-premise
environment by trained or skilled users. Drying is accomplished through the circulation of heat to the
articles in a rotating drum.
Dexter machines utilize high grade stainless-steel for the enclosure and drum. These surfaces limit the
growth of microbes and provide a durable and high-quality look. Drum rotation is produced by an AC
(Alternating Current) motor.
