If an elevated concrete pedestal is desired, it should be embedded and
tied into the existing floor (cut through existing floor as shown). See
Machine Mounting Detail Figures for floor thickness and bolt sizes.
EXPANSION ANCHORS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN CONCRETE
PEDESTALS BECAUSE THE ANCHORS ARE TOO CLOSE TO AN EDGE,
CAUSING IT TO BREAK OUT.
