G
The condenser fan(s) do not work.
• Condenser fan(s) blocked or faulty.
• Electronic control faulty.
• Terminals disconnected.
• Check the causes of the block and x or replace the condenser fan.
• Check the condenser fan + and - outputs in the electronic control, and replace the electronic con-
trol if there are no (+) and (-) outputs.
• Connect the terminals in the condenser fan.
H
The unit works but does not cool.
• The compressor does not work.
• Unit with no load.
• Blockage in the circuit.
• Compressor electronic module defective or
poor connection.
• Pressure switch defective or terminals
poorly connected.
• Relay or cable relay defective or
terminals poorly connected.
• Poor terminal connection.
• Proceed in accordance with section L.
• Vacuum deair for 30 minutes and introduce the established load of R134a in the circuit.
• Check the load and the pressures; whenever below 0.5 kg with the unit running, clean the
circuit or replace the blocked component.
• Replace the compressor’s electronic module or check terminals.
• Replace the pressure switch or check terminals.
• Replace the relay or check cable and terminals.
• Correctly check the components terminals in accordance with the attached wiring diagram.
I
The unit does not cool enough.
• Excess or lack of gas load.
• Condenser/electro grille dirty.
• Condenser fan(s) defective.
• Condenser fan(s) with polarity inverted.
• Check pressure, at - temperature - pressure as a maximum reference must be 2.6 bars in low
pressure and 12 bars in high pressure at an outside temperature of 35ºC.
• Clean condenser/grille.
• Replace the condenser fan(s).
• Check that the air is discharged to the outside; if it is not, invert the connector connection.
J
The blower does not work.
• Electronic control failure.
• Blower defective or terminals disconnected.
• Check current output in electronic control, and replace if there is no + and - output (accessed by
taking down the control panel).
• Replace the blower or connect terminals.
K
The unit does not respond to the user
selection orders.
• Electronic control or control panel faulty.
