B. ENTRY PITCH, SETBACK, AND DEPTH
Entry pitch, setback, and depth work together with bend limits to
determine bore path. Entry pitch is drilling unit slope compared to
level ground. Setback is distance from entry to horizontal.
Minimum depth is measured at point bore becomes horizontal.
