This section covers basic operation. For questions about specific
situations, contact your Ditch Witch dealer.
Improper control function could
cause death or serious injury. If control does not
work as described in instructions, stop machine
and have it serviced.
Jobsite hazards could cause death
or serious injury. Use correct equipment and work
methods. Use and maintain proper safety
equipment.
NOTICE: Cutting or drilling through concrete and rock that
contain sand or quartz may result in exposure to silica dust that
can cause lung disease. Use respirator, water spray, or other
means to control dust. Silica dust is known to the state of
California to cause cancer.
Crushing weight. If load falls or
moves, it could kill or crush you. Use proper
procedures and equipment or stay away.
NOTICE: Anchor drilling unit properly before drilling.
EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN: Push remote engine stop button or
turn ignition switch to stop position.
